Key Biscayne 3D Animation

This is a simple mass model of a proposed development. The purpose is to show the form of the buildings based on the existing neighborhood, demonstrating that they don't exceed the height or current style.

We shot aerial footage of the site from a few angles, letting the client choose which one would be the final shot. The footage was then stabilized and tracked in 3D.
